Hey there !
I am back with another new blog on Small things Big changes. I hope you are starting to do things what I mentioned in my previous blog. I hope it helpful for you. Now I am sharing another 3 things which improves us. Lets start our new journey towards upgrading us by small changes which impacts big change.
BALANCED DIET
Balanced Diet now you think it difficult to do this but trust me it is much better than Fast food, Junk food, Carbonated drinks etc.. I know you cannot change it immediately but YOU CAN if you really wanted a healthy life style. Now the main question arises in your mind where can I get this? Because it is difficult to find good food nowadays . Don't worry I can help you with this. If you have some waste bottles or boxes grow your own food not all the food but some because if you grow your own food the feeling is different and you are able to know the value of food, how it cultivated in fields, I am sure you will find good taste too or buy fresh fruits and vegetables in farmer's market near by you. And coming to the balanced diet here are some methods to take balanced diet slowly.
1. If you eating chips replaces them with Makhana, Roasted peanuts, Peas, Sun flower seeds etc..
2. If you are drinking much Carbonated and Soft drinks replace them with fresh Fruit juice like Apple juice, Cucumber or Coconut water, Butter milk etc..
3. If you are taking more junk food replace them with good food which is prepared with millets.
4. Instead of Rice try other Millet varieties like Pearl Millet, Ragi, Bajra, Little Millet etc..
DOING OUR HOBBIE
Everyone has some hobbies like Cooking, Dancing, Singing, Reading Books etc.. please do whatever relax your mind. By doing these small activities you can relax and you will become Pro in that. It results you learn another skill. You can upgrade your self too. Do this activity at least 30 minutes for everyday. Source: Internet
LEARN NEW SKILLS
By learning new skills you can upgrade your self, you will able to understand the new ways of learning, it improves your brain power too. Make a habit of learning new skills whatever the skill it is just learn. YOU ARE THE CONTINOUS LEARNER UNTIL YOU DIE. Learning makes you more creative too. Keep learning from different sources. You Tube is the free learning platform for many things learn from this.
