Small things Big changes

Hey guys I am back with new Blog. In this blog I am sharing 3 small things which makes us better in our life.
Just small things makes us better than yesterday. By practicing these habits daily we can observe lots of changes which improve us, which makes us peaceful, which are helpful for upgrading ourselves. 

DRINKING WARM WATER 
Start your day with drinking warm water daily. By drinking warm water daily can improves gut health and absorbs minerals into  our body. Practice this daily. Water is the excellent source of minerals which can balance Electrolytes in our body. 


 READING A BOOK
Reading a book daily can improves your creative thinking, gives knowledge to us. Read 20 minutes for everyday. It improves your vocabulary, it helps to upgrade yourself. Choose any kind kind of book. There is no good book and bad book unless you think bad about book.


EXERCISE/ YOGA 
There is lot of difference between yoga and Exercise and Yoga. Exercise gives strength, relax your muscles, burns fat but Yoga cleans your inner body, gives peaceful mind, burns calories but low. Choose what kind of exercise you want and practice this for 30 minutes daily.


This is not ending I will be back with new things which can make us strong, confident and see yourself in better way.
