Hey there! I am back with another new blog.
I hope you are practicing the things which are written in my previous blogs. I hope these are useful to change our life.
Making To-Do-List
To do list makes you productive entire day. By making To Do List in the early morning or before night makes you more productive during the day. Prioritize your works based on the importance of the work with this you may don't feel tense about what to do first? what to do next? like this. It may also gives some space for you to relax. Make a habit of this.

Many of us delay our works till the dead line it will cause tension at the end of the day. Its better to complete early. Make a schedule and stick to that it will help you to complete your work early and reduces your stress. Stress somewhat good for us but more stress is not good for us. Yoga helps us to recover from the procrastination. Source; From Internet
Take a Break
Take some breaks during the works because our mind want's some rest to absorbs information from anything. But make sure that don't use mobile for relaxation purpose other than this follow these during the break
1. Do some stretching exercises
2. Do some meditation
3. Do your hobbies like Drawing, Dancing, Gardening etc..
4. Take a small nap during the break
5. Take fresh air
REMINDER
You know all of these things but you are not focusing on what you can and what makes you happy instead of these you are wasting much time on social media. You are wasting your valuable time. you are not giving importance to your life, family, friends. You are wasting your time on social media, online shopping, restaurants. YOU CAN ONLY CHANGE YOURSELF. YOU KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT AND WHAT IS WRONG BUT YOU ARE NOT FOUCING ON RIGHT.
