New Phase

Hey there! I hope you are doing well

I don't know how to start this experience, a new experience which took me a long break from blogging. From past 2 months I am not writing blogs cause I am in a new phase of my life. Well, I am delighted to complete my graduation and scared of future. I think every student scared of their career after completing their student phase. I know everyone is student until their last breath but most of them scares about their future, especially in this super fast express generation.

I have faced some challenges in a professional environment including relocation, learning a new language etc. Those not only the challenges those are new learnings. Thanks to my mentors, I secured an internship in a reputable company where it's a good start to learn new things and gaining valuable work experience.

when I got this internship I was both exited and scared. Excited because I am going to learn something new. Scared because of new place, new culture, new language, new friends etc.. My mentors who's at Swadha Foundation were helping me to with this new chapter of my life. I can't imagine where I would without their support.

I am enjoying my work experience. The work environment is positive. The employees are nice with me and the experience is great. At first I scared about the language because everyone is talking in Hindi and Kannada. First few weeks I scared I felt that I didn't fit in. However by successfully completed one task by communicating in Hindi boosted my confidence. I have been making a progress since then.

In my PG everyone is Malayali and speaks Malayalam. While I don't understand Malayalam I communicate in English. The experience of food is a little bit interesting. At PG I get to enjoy Keralan cuisine , while at my office North Indian cuisine. As a Food enthusiastic person I find myself enjoying both.

During this time, I embarked on my first solo journey, traveling to another state. It was a completely new experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the train ride, especially having a window seat. The cool weather, a good book, and the gentle patter of rain created a perfect atmosphere for a peaceful journey.
